For the email project, you are to use what you learned from chapters 6 and 7 to create a professional business-style email. Carefully review the list of 7 types of letters below. Refer back to chapter 7 for details on each type. Then, choose 2 types from the list and create 2 separate emails that embody the styles you have chosen.

  1. Informational interview request
  2. Reference request
  3. Thank you
  4. Complaint
  5. Letter of record
  6. Introducing yourself
  7. Sales

Please note that although regular emails would be sent via an email client like Outlook, Gmail, etc. you will not be emailing me your work for this assignment. Instead, compose your emails in 1 singular Microsoft Word or PDF file. Each email should not be longer than a page. Don't forget to include a subject line.Also, at the top of each page, include a label that indicates which style you are attempting.
