For your final assignment this week, you will match proposed business opportunities from Week 3: Assignment 2 with changes in environmental factors including changes in economic and demographic factors as well as changes in consumer tastes, attitudes, and the preferences you identified in Week 2: Assignment 2.  

In W2: Assignment 3, you identified and explained two specific areas of change in the following categories which may point toward opportunities in creating a concept for a foodservice concept:

  • Economic environment
  • Technological changes
  • Socio-demographic changes
  • Ecological trends
  • Changes in consumer attitudes, tastes, and preferences

Now, use the information you submitted in W2: Assignment 3 to complete the following tasks:

  • Identify three possible ideas for possible foodservice concepts. 15pts
  • Briefly summarize each of the three ideas. 15pts
  • Explain in detail how each idea matches your research in W2: Assignment 3. You are encouraged to consider traditional and nontraditional ideas such as a personal chef service, event planning or catering, and mobile food operations. 20pts.

Write a 500-word paper in Word format. Format your assignment according to MLA guidelines.
