At some point, a successful entrepreneur will look for ways to grow her/his business. Common forms of growth are opening additional locations in different locations with the same concept, opening different concepts, and/ or offering franchise agreements to qualified people or groups. Each method of expansion requires changes to the organizational structure and creates new challenges. In this assignment, you will look at some of the issues involving the choice of how and when to expand.

•Identify and explain the steps necessary to develop an organizational structure when opening additional locations of a restaurant concept. 

•Discuss at what point an owner must consider opening additional locations for a restaurant concept.

•Briefly explain how an entrepreneur can take measures to ensure the consistency of quality of the product and    service is maintained in additional units, which are opened by the entrepreneur in different geographic locations.
