Is a consumer’s level of interest in a particular product. The more closely markets can tie a brand to an individual, the higher the involvement they will create.

 

 

 

Brand Loyalty:

When consumer is highly involved with a specific product, this is the Holy Grail for marketers because it means he or she exhibits brand Loyalty.
